Imtiaz A. Mallick is a graduate of King Edward Medical College with subsequent training at New York Medical College and Westchester County Medical Center. He practices internal medicine and aviation medicine in Fishkill, NY. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is the president of the Central Hudson Valley Chapter of the American College of Physicians and the current president of Dutchess County Medical Society.
Mallick has been actively involved in inpatient medicine as a chief of medicine at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He has vast experience in managed care as a medical director for MVP Health Care since 1996 and has chaired the Taconic IPA Credentials Committee for a number of years. His aviation medicine interests have resulted in his appointment as a senior aviation medical examiner by the Federal Aviation Administration and he is an avid aviator with commercial pilot, single engine flight instructor and multi-engine flight instructor ratings.
Mallick's practice participates in TIPA’s patient-centered medical home project. He has been conducting a month-long charity medical mission annually to the medically underserved regions of the world for the last 21 years.
